Cancellation Policy
As a small business owner, my time and services are in high demand, so I have a deposit policy in place. A deposit is required when booking to secure your appointment, and if you cancel within 24 hours or don’t show up, the deposit becomes non-refundable. This ensures that my time and resources are properly allocated to serve my clients.
When you pre-book your next appointment, the deposit for that session is due at least 1 week before your new appointment date. You can pay through the confirmation links sent via text and email. These links also allow you to manage your appointment date and time anytime before the 24-hour window.
📢 Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
A cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost will apply for any appointments canceled without prior notice or for no-call, no-show occurrences. This fee will be collected accordingly.
